SARAH M. BANDA was born in Henderson, Nevada on November 27, 1982. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2007. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2010 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas - Boyd School of Law. While at Boyd School of Law, Ms. Banda was selected for an externship with the Honorable Sandra L. Pomrenze of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada - Family Division and was a member of the Boyd Family Justice Clinic.

Ms. Banda is currently a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Association. She currently practices in the areas of personal injury, family law and insurance bad faith law. Ms. Banda also volunteers as an attorney with the Children's Attorney Project, working in conjunction with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to represent child victims of abuse and neglect. She is currently admitted to practice before all Nevada State and U.S. District courts.
